1. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the platform only for lawful medical and administrative purposes.
• Not misuse the telemedicine features or harass healthcare providers.

2. Medical Disclaimer

MyCare is a technology platform, not a medical provider. We facilitate connections between patients and licensed healthcare professionals.

In case of a medical emergency, call 14 (Civil Protection) immediately.

3. Payment Terms

• For Patients: Consultation fees are displayed upfront. Payments are processed securely via CIB or Edahabia cards.
• For Providers: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
• Refunds: Patients may request a refund for cancelled appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code on MyCare are the property of MyCare DZ. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyCare is liable only for the proper functioning of the digital platform. We are not liable for the medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by independent healthcare professionals using our service.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Algiers, in accordance with Algerian law.
